The Medical HR team provides HR support and advice for all Consultants, Non-Consultant Hospital Doctors (NCHDs) and Physician Associates.

About us

Areas of expertise which the department is responsible for include:

  • recruitment and induction
  • post-graduate education and training
  • hospital inspections by external training bodies
  • rostering
  • pay and benefits
  • the implementation of national agreements and monitoring of adherence.

 

The Medical HR team is divided into sub-divisions, each with a specific area of responsibility, that is:

  • NCHDs
  • Consultants
  • Pay and Rostering
  • Post-Graduate Education
