The team support business objectives being realised through employees and management within Directorates and Departments, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs.

The HR Business Partner office consists of experienced HR professionals who have dedicated responsibility for Directorates and Services across the Hospital. 

The team are a focal point for HR advice and guidance on employment related matters, and provide support with the effective management of people, workforce planning, organisational change and development, and the promotion of organisational healthiness. 

The HRBPs work closely with Directorate Management teams in applying practices that aligns with Beaumont Hospital’s Vision, Mission & Values.
